Purchase revocation
Argentine Law 24,240 · Resolution 424/2020
If you purchased a paid SYB plan from Argentina, you may revoke the purchase within 10 (ten) calendar days, with no reason required, under section 34 of Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240 and Resolution 424/2020. Here is how to do it and what happens with the money.
How to cancel
Cancellation is self-service and requires talking to no one: go to Billing inside the app and cancel the subscription. Renewal stops immediately. You can also email legal@startyourbusiness.appfrom the account holder's address — we do not process cancellations requested from a different address.
What happens with the money
Try before you pay. That is what the free plan is for: it lets you go through the platform without spending anything and without a card, so you reach the subscription knowing what you are buying.
If you revoke within 10 days and have not used the platform in that period, we refund the full amount through the same payment method you used, without exception.
No refunds are issued once use of the platform has been verified during the billed period. Every AI query, report and analysis carries a real cost that has already been spent and cannot be returned. In that case the cancellation still goes through and you are not charged again, but the current month is paid in full.
No refunds are due for partial periods already billed, nor for not having used the service: the subscription buys availability of the tool, not the consumption you make of it.
Timing
We confirm receipt within 24 business hours. If a refund applies, it is processed through the same payment method and within the terms set by the applicable regulation.
